Amazing photo! I admit I laughed a little reading that you almost fell 'cause I actually did fall over a slimy rock once (also for some LE photography)  :)

I was a bit worried when you said you almost broke your leg! I hope you're all right. The things we do for art, huh? The photo itself is amazing though! I really love the effect on the water, it almost looks more like a blanket of mist than actual water. And is that fence-like structure in the middle a natural thing? I can't tell if its made of rocks or wood. All the same, it's an excellent photo! Well done!

Yeah, i'm allright, i had to split my legs over the river, along with my tripod, and there where some problems
getting back up. But i managed without getting wet!
The fence thingy isn't natual at all. They put it up many years ago , so the river didn't spread over the beach. it's wood.
Thank you so much :)

You're most welcome! And thanks for the information on the fence thing, I appreciate it. I'm glad to hear you're all right too, and kudos for managing to stay dry!

Black and white suits this shot really well, but it would also look good in colour with increased definition, hope you dont mind me saying. excellent shot!

i love feedback! well, the filters that i use, leave a really ugly magenta lookng effect on the image.
I can be corrrected, but not good enough, so its easier to go black and white. You can see another one i color, with that correction her. 500px.com/photo/73256191/sunse…
